A peadophile hunting group who approached a Penwortham Barber after an old friend with a vendetta set him up by hacking an old Facebook account have spoken out on social media.
The group that goes by the name ‘Newcastle Hunters’ are an online child safety team, using decoys to hunt online predators who prey on children, they then put a dossier together of the evidence and approach the suspects before handing them over to the police.
In January of this year, the Newcastle Hunters team came across a facebook profile that belonged to Shizad Hussain, this profile engaged in sexual communications with what they believed to be a child.

The group then approached Mr Hussain at his business on Leyland Road, Penwortham to ask him about the allegations, which he denied and was later arrested. The team insist that this was done privately and their sting was not live streamed on social media, nor was it posted publicly on any of their platforms as falsley reported by another local news reporting outlet.
After investigations Mr Hussain was cleared of any wrong doing, it is believed that an old friend of Shizad Hussain had hacked his Facebook profile and used it to set him up after a car deal gone wrong, this man has since been approached, exposed and arrested in relation to this matter.
“Mr Hussain is totally innocent and a victim here”

Newcastle Hunters posted on their facebook page that “Shizad has since been given a personal apology from the team, Mr Hussain is totally innocent and is the victim here and we wish him the very best of luck in starting to rebuild his life in his local community”.
Peadophile hunting groups are often referred to as ‘vigilante groups’ and although some may not approve of some of the tactics used in exposing those that present the most serious risk to children all across the UK and the world, they work extremely hard to protect children from predators.
Newcastle Hunters first started their Facebook page back in 2021 and have amassed over 100,000 followers, they showcase their work by posting stings and updated court results on suspects they’ve apprehended, up to date they have had over 300 convictions and hundreds more still on bail and going through the court system. The highest sentence given was a combined total of 38 years to a couple who were grooming children online.
Thousands of people are able to watch online as awareness is brought about, identifying the perpetrators and ultimately protecting children from predators who use the Web to prey on their victims.

First of all you say hunting groups are mistaken for vigilantes…. they AREvigilantes by the very definition of the term .Secondly they claim they did not expose Shiz on their pages, yet quite a few of their followers are saying they did and later deleted the post. Unfortunately those involved with this particular hunting team are a group of convicted criminals and liars.
