Officers were called to an address on Wellington Street at approximately 4:30 PM on Wednesday, April 23rd, following a report of a sudden death.

The deceased has been formally identified as 68-year-old Timothy Charles Coghlan. Lancashire Police have confirmed that Mr. Coghlan’s death is not being treated as suspicious.
