A minor injury collision between two cars forced a road closure in Rishton this morning.
The incident occurred on Harwood Road, near the junction of Lee Lane.
Emergency services attended the scene, and motorists were advised to find alternative routes.
The road has since been reopened. Lancashire Police have released that it was a minor injury collision, but have not released any further details regarding the incident.
Photos posted in local community Facebook groups show police diverting traffic and two damaged vehicles.
