A man has been charged with manslaughter in connection with the death of Daniel Illingworth, 34, following a serious assault on Bridge Street, Keighley, on March 7th.
Joseph Smith, 39, of Carlby Grove, has been charged with the manslaughter of Mr. Illingworth.
The charge follows an ongoing investigation by West Yorkshire Police into the incident.
Mr. Illingworth died following an assault that occurred on the evening of Thursday, March 7th, on Bridge Street.
Smith was remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear before Leeds Magistrates Court later this today.
West Yorkshire Police continue to appeal for anyone with information regarding the incident to come forward.
