A 23-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder and firearms offences following an incident on Dovesdale Road, Bradford, on March 9th.
Harris Mohammed, of Carr Bottom Avenue, Bradford, was arrested in connection with a firearms discharge that occurred earlier this month.
He has now been charged with:
* Attempted murder
* Possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life
West Yorkshire Police confirmed the charges in a statement released this morning.
Mohammed was remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear at Leeds Magistrates Court later today.
The incident on Dovesdale Road prompted a police investigation, and detectives have been working to establish the circumstances surrounding the firearms discharge.
Further details regarding the incident and the ongoing investigation are expected to be released following Mohammed’s court appearance.
