Lancashire Police are appealing for information after a woman was robbed and assaulted on Deepdale Mill Street, Preston, on Sunday, March 3rd, at approximately 9:50 PM.
The victim was reportedly assaulted and had money stolen from her.
Detectives are now seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man captured on CCTV, whom they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
“We are keen to speak to the man pictured in connection with this robbery,” stated a spokesperson for Lancashire Police. “We understand that the CCTV image is not of the highest quality, but we are hoping that someone may recognise him.”

The incident occurred on Deepdale Mill Street, and police are urging anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed anything suspicious to come forward.
“If you recognise this man, or have any information that could assist our enquiries, please contact us on 101 quoting log 1372 of 3rd March,” the spokesperson added.
Police are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen the man in the area before or after the incident, or who has any information that could help them identify him.
