Tower Bridge was forced to close on Monday morning after a man scaled the iconic landmark.
The incident, which occurred earlier today, caused significant disruption to traffic and river traffic.
Emergency services were called to the scene, and the bridge was closed to both road and river traffic, while authorities attempted to bring the situation under control.
The Metropolitan Police, London Ambulance Service and London Fire Brigade are all in attendance.
The method by which the man ascended the bridge remains unclear.
This is the second such incident in three days, following a man’s climb of Big Ben on Saturday.
