A man suspected of committing multiple burglaries across the Accrington area over the past week has been arrested, charged, and remanded in custody, Lancashire Police have confirmed.
The arrest follows an intensive investigation by the Response Investigation Team.
The suspect, whose name has not been released, was apprehended yesterday and subsequently interviewed by detectives.
He has been charged in connection with several burglaries, with further charges expected as ongoing enquiries continue.
