“Star of the Family”: Tribute to Rusholme Girl 4, who sadly died in Fire

A community in Rusholme is in mourning following the devastating death of four-year-old Lesma-Rose Wibier in a house fire.

Emergency services were called to Gateshead Close on Sunday, March 2nd, to reports of a fire at a residential property.

Tragically, despite their efforts, Lesma-Rose could not be saved.

The young girl’s family have released a heartfelt tribute, describing Lesma-Rose as “the star of the family” and “the most beautiful girl inside and out.”

“Anyone who knew her knew she was the most beautiful girl inside and out,” the family said in their statement.

“She always had a smile on her face and could put the same on others. She was such a smart and intelligent girl in her own unique ways, and she will be deeply missed by anyone who was blessed to meet her.”

The loss has deeply affected the local community, with many expressing their condolences to the family.

Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service and Greater Manchester Police are conducting a joint investigation into the cause of the fire. Further details will be released as they become available.
