A teenage boy is in hospital with serious injuries following a collision with a car on Preston Lancaster Road, Forton, yesterday evening.
Lancashire Police were called to the scene at 6:08 pm on March 5th, 2025, following reports of the incident. The collision involved a car and a pedestrian.
A spokesperson for Lancashire Police confirmed, “At 6.08pm, we were called to reports of a collision between a car and a pedestrian on Preston Lancaster Road, Forton. The pedestrian, a teenage boy, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.”
The boy’s condition is described as serious, and he is receiving treatment at the hospital.
Officers are now appealing for witnesses and any potential evidence that could aid their investigation.
They are particularly interested in any dashcam, doorbell, or CCTV footage that may have captured the incident.
