Detectives are looking to locate the man in the image as part of their enquiries into a sexual offence in Merseyside.
In an appeal made today, Merseyside Police said:
“Detectives investigating a sexual offence in Liverpool have released a photograph of a man they would like to speak to.
Officers are keen to hear from Kabir Rahmati, 24, or anyone who knows his whereabouts as they believe he may have information that could help them assist with their enquiries.
Kabir Rahmati, lives in the West Midlands area but it is believed he travels by train between Birmingham New Street station and Liverpool Lime Street station.
He is described as being 5ft 5in tall, of small/medium build, with short dark hair and dark stubble.”
Officers would ask Kabir Rahmati himself, or anyone who knows of his whereabouts or recognises him from the attached photograph and knows where he is, to call 999, DM @MerPolCC, call Merseyside Police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
