He was remanded into custody to appear Magistrates Court today
A sex offender from Lancashire has been charged with breaching his notification requirements following an appeal for locate him back in December.
In an update posted today, Lancashire Police said:
“In December we asked for your help to find Jake Bertram who was wanted for failing to comply with supervision requirements.
To update you, Bertram, 33, formerly from Catterall and who had links to Preston and Blackpool, was arrested yesterday.
He’s been charged with failing to comply with notification requirements of the sex offenders register and has been remanded in custody to appear before Preston Magistrates Court today (24th February).”
