Two men will appear before Magistrates Court on Friday morning after being charged following an investigation into attempted break-ins in Burnley.
In a social media update, Burnley and Padiham Police said:
“In the early hours of last night officers from Team 4 responded to an attempted burglary of a premises on Manchester Road in Burnley. With the assistance of CCTV operators and HZ44’s PD Bane, two prolific burglars were tracked and arrested.
Steven Hargreaves, 44, of no fixed abode, and Daniel Shaw, 43 , of no fixed abode were both charged with Attempted Burglary by our Response Investigations Team. They have been remanded into custody to appear in court in the morning.”
