This comes following an investigation into the stabbing on a 16-year-old boy on Saturday night
Police investigating the stabbing of a teenager in Birmigham have arrested a second teenager.
In an update posted today, West Midlands Police said:
“We have arrested a second teenager in connection with a stabbing in Bordesley Green.
Our Major Crime Unit have been investigating after a 16-year-old boy was stabbed in Pretoria Road, Bordesley Green, on 15 February.
Following enquiries we arrested a 15-year-old boy on suspicion of attempted murder in the early hours of this morning.
The teen remains in custody for questioning.
This is the second arrest in connection with the stabbing. A 16-year-old boy was charged over the incident yesterday (Tuesday).
The 16-year-old boy who was seriously injured in the stabbing remains in a stable condition.”
