Body of man in his 20s found on Blackpool beach not being treated as suspicious

Police investigating the death of a man in his 20s found on Blackpool Beach are not treating his death has suspicious confirmed Lancashire Police.

Emergency services, including Police and North West Ambulance Service, were called to North Promenade shortly after 7am on Saturday morning. There, they sadly found the man deceased.

A force spokesperson confirmed that a file will now be prepared and passed on to the coroners’ office in due course. They continued ,”Our thoughts are with his family at this sad time.”
