A boy aged 16 remains in a serious condition following the stabbing on Saturday afternoon
An investigation is underway following a stabbing in Birmingham on Saturday afternoon.
Following the stabbing reports of disorder were reported at Birmingham hospital.
In an appeal made today, West Midlands Police said:
“We are investigating after a teenager was stabbed in Bordesley Green, Birmingham yesterday (Saturday).
We were called to reports of a stabbing in Pretoria Road at around 3.30pm.
A 16-year-old boy was taken to hospital with serious injuries, where he remains in a stable condition.
An investigation is underway to establish the details.
We are also investigating reports of disorder involving a number of people at a Birmingham hospital which is believed to be linked to the stabbing incident.
