Man from Scotland charged with exposing himself to women in Lytham St Annes

This relates to two separate incidents of indecent exposure earlier this week

A man from Scotland has been charged with indecent exposure offences following an investigation by Lancashire Police.

It comes after two women reported that a man exposed himself to them in Lytham St Annes earlier this week.

In an update posted today, Lancashire Police said:

“We have charged a man with offences of exposure at Fairhaven Lake.

Our officers were called at 5.30pm on Tuesday (11th February) and then around 11.50am on Wednesday, to reports of a man exposing himself to women.

A 60-year-old man was arrested yesterday afternoon.

Following consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service, Stephen Baker, 60 from Newton Stewart, Scotland, has been charged with two offences of exposure.

He has been remanded in custody to appear before Lancaster Magistrates Court tomorrow.”
