Appeal after man suffers serious head injury in assault in Preston City Centre

Anyone who seen the assault are urged to come forward to police

Police in Preston are appealing for information following an alleged assault that left a man with head injuries in Preston.

The assault is alleged to have taken place back in December near to the Room 32 bar on Guildhall Street.

In an appeal made today, Lancashire Police said:

“We are appealing for witnesses and information after a man was assaulted and suffered head injuries in Preston city centre.

The man, who is in his 20s, was assaulted near to Room 32 on Guild Hall Street, Preston, between 11.20pm and 11.30pm on 14th December.

The assault was reported to us a fortnight later and enquiries have been carried out since then.

We are now asking for your help as we continue our investigation.”
