A man is being hunted by detectives in Blackburn as part of their investigation into a sexual offence and assault.
In an appeal made today, Lancashire Police said:
“Have you seen Ian Briggs?
Briggs, also known as Ian McCloud, is wanted in connection with our investigation into a sexual offence and an assault.
Briggs, 37, is 5ft 9in. He is bald on top with brown hair to the sides and has blue eyes.
He has links to Darwen and Blackburn.
Anyone with information of Briggs whereabouts is asked to contact 101 quoting log 1299 of 15th July 2023.”
