The man pictured is wanted in connection with the rape and assault on a woman in Preston
Detectives investigating the rape of a woman in Preston continue to appeal for the publics help in identifying the man in these images.
In a statement released, Lancashire Police said:
“Do you know where this man is?
We want to speak to him as part of an investigation into the rape and assault of a woman in Preston.
We were called at shortly after midnight on Wednesday 8th January 2025 to a report that a woman in her 30s had been raped and assaulted on Meadow Street, Preston
An investigation is being conducted by a dedicated team of Detectives supported by specialist officers. The victim is being supported by specialist officers.
As part of our enquiries, we are releasing these images of this man captured on CCTV on Meadow Street, Preston and we are asking for your help to try and find out where he is.
If you have any information about him or where he could be, please don’t approach him but get in touch with us as a matter of urgency.”
