The Range Rover was seized and driver reported following the discovery by Lancashire Police
A driver stopped by the road policing unit in Lancashire for having no mot was a provisional licence holder, which expired forty-nine years ago.
Lancs Police Specialist Ops stopped the Range Rover after it flagged up has having no mot officers carried out further checks and discovered that the driver did not have a full driving license and was driving with an expired provisional license.
The Range Rover was seized and the driver was reported.
In a social media post made today, Lancs Specialists Ops said:
“When you knowingly driving around without an MOT don’t be surprised if we conduct further checks!
This driver was found to have been driving for 49 years with an expired provisional licence.
Vehicle seized and driver reported.
