A teenager was taken to hospital for treatment following the assault
A man has been left hospitalised following an assault in Blackburn.
Officers were called to Queens Park Road in the town at around 8:15pm on Tuesday 5th November to reports of an assault.
A 18-year-old man was allegedly assaulted and suffered injuries police are describing as serious and was taken to hospital for treatment.
In an appeal made today, Lancashire Police said:
“We’re appealing for information after a man suffered serious injuries in an assault.
We received a report of a man being assaulted on Queens Park Road, Blackburn at around 8:15pm on Tuesday 5th November.
An 18-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment.
We know that the area was fairly busy at the time, and there may be people who witnessed the incident who we have not yet spoken to.”
