It is alleged that the male performed a sex act in the toilet of Burnley Market Hall
Police have issued a cctv still image of a man they would like to speak to as part of their investigation into a man allegedly performing a sexual act in a Burnley Market toilets.
In a statement released today, Lancashire Police said:
“Do you recognise this man?
We would like to speak to him in connection with the below incident.
On 31st October 2024 at around 1:50pm a man was reported to have performed a sexual act in public, specifically in Burnley Market Hall male toilets.
Whilst an investigation is underway and we’ve been making enquiries since it was reported to us, we are now asking for your help.”
