The driver luckily received only minor injuries following the collision on Bond Lane
Emergency services rushed to the scene of a collision in Garstang on Thursday morning.
The collision happened on Bonds Lane shortly before midday. It is reported that a vehicle collided with a parked vehicle before overturning. The driver suffered minor injuries as a result.
All three emergency services attended the scene.
The road from the roundabout at the junction of Dimples Lane down to Castle Lane was closed, with motorists advised to find an alternative route whilst emergency services made the scene safe.
The road has since reopened.
A spokesperson for Lancashire Police said:
“Call was at 11.53am today, car collided with a parked vehicle and overturned. Minor injury to the driver.”
