A man has been arrested and taken into custody
A driver has been arrested on suspicion of Driving under the influence of alcohol after crashing his car in Blackpool.
The incident happened this afternoon shortly before 3pm in the North of the resort on Caunce Street at the junction of Victory Road.
The vehicle collided with a car and Telegrapgh pole.
Motorists were advised to avoid the area whilst emergency services dealt with the collision.
All three emergency services attended. No reports of any injuries.
A spokesperson for Lancashire Police said:
“Call came at 2.43pm. Car in collision with a car and a telegraph pole. A man has been arrested on suspicion of driving with excess alcohol.
