Four men have been arrested after officers from Fleetwood acting on intelligence raided a former bingo hall in the town.
Inside, they found a large cannabis grow.
In a statement released, Lancashire Police said:
“Acting on information received and community intelligence Wyre NHPT yesterday executed a S23 Misuse of Drugs Act Warrant at the old Barneys Bingo Hall, Station Road, Fleetwood.
Once inside, officers found a very large, sophisticated cannabis grow. 4 males were quickley arrested and remain in custody. Due to the size and complex nature of the set up, the scene was locked down overnight and has today been cleared by officers from across Wyre and Fylde.
The seized cannabis will be suitably incinerated and destroyed.
By working together, we will continue to tackle drug cultivation, possession and supply across the Wyre area and continue to disrupt organised crime.
