Average speeds of around 10mph and delays increasing
Motorists are experiencing delays on the A56 between Rising Bridge and Huncoat due to an accident.
Slow moving traffic expected this morning on the A56 Northbound carriageway between the A680 Blackburn Road at Rising Bridge roundabout to A679 Huncoat due to a road traffic collision.
AA Live Traffic said:
“Partially blocked and slow traffic due to crash on A56 Northbound from A680 Blackburn Road (Rising Bridge Roundabout) to the A679.”
Delays of seven minutes and delays increasing on A56 Northbound between A680 Blackburn Road (Rising Bridge Roundabout) and M65 J8 (Accrington). Average speed ten mph.
