A quantity of cash was stolen during the burglary back in September.
Two men have been arrested following an investigation into a burglary at a house in Nelson.
They have been arrested on suspicion of taking a quantity of cash from an address on Brentwood Road in the town back in September.
Officers investigating the offence following cctv enquiries made two arrests of the men who are from Skelmersdale.
In a post made today, Lancashire Police said,
“We have arrested two men following a burglary at an address in Nelson.
We were called Brentwood Road, Nelson, on Monday 30th September to reports of a burglary where a quantity of money was taken.
Following CCTV enquiries, a 21-year-old man and a 22-year-old man both from Skelmersdale were arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and no insurance. They have both been bailed.
