A large quantity of cannabis was found during a search of the vehicle.
Two men from Scotland have been arrested in Preston after officers stopped a car and discovered drugs during a search.
In a statement released today, Preston Police said,
“Yesterday at around 2pm our Road Crime Team stopped a Skoda Octavia in the Preston area. Our officers searched the vehicle and found a large quantity of cannabis inside.
Two men, a 28 year old man from Gourock, Scotland and a 65 year old man from Bearsden, Glasgow were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class B drugs.
They are currently in custody.
We continue to target criminals transporting and supplying drugs within our county. This will not be tolerated, and if you decide to do this then we will find you and bring you to justice.
