Police Appeal For Driver To Come Forward Following RTC Involving Child In Burnley

The vehicle is described as a black car and possibly an Audi.

Police have launched an appeal for the driver of a car to come forward following a road traffic collision involving a child in Burnley earlier this month.

In an appeal, Lancashire Police said,

“We are appealing for information after a young child was involved in an RTC close to BURNLEY WOOD PARK.

The incident happened on 06/09/2024 between the hours of 17:30 and 18:30.

The vehicle we would like to identify has been described by the victim as being a BLACK car and possibly an AUDI.

We are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying this vehicle and driver to assist with our enquiries.
