Road Policing Unit and Armed Response intercepted the caravan within minutes of it being stolen.
This week, officers were called by members of the public to a caravan being stolen from St Michael’s.
Within minutes, the stolen caravan was tracked down and stopped by officers from the roads policing unit and armed response team in Broughton.
One man was arrested on suspicion of theft and going equipped.
In an update posted on X, Lancs Road Police said,
Thanks to a call from a member of the public, this caravan was recovered within minutes of it being stolen from St Michael’s having been intercepted at Broughton by RPU & ARV resources.
