A teenager has been arrested for multiple offences after a child was knocked over on Prestons Flag Market earlier this month.
The collision happened on the 12th August around lunchtime when an off-road bike with two passengers on board rode through a group of people queuing for food at the spudbros trailer.
A child could be seen in footage shared online stepping into the path of the bike, which collided with the boy and knocked him to the floor.
The bike continued to ride off and failed to stop.
