Preston Man Handed Over Five Years In Prison For Drug Offences

A man has been jailed for drug offences after his car was stopped by police officers in Preston.

Prestons Taskforce Officers stopped a car, and upon searching it found a quantity of drugs.

In a social media update after sentencing, Preston Police said,

He has been sentenced to prison for drugs offences following a vehicle stop in Preston.

Back in April, officers from Preston Task Force stopped a car on Hawarden Road in Fishwick.

Following a search, a large quantity of heroin and cocaine was discovered and a further search of a nearby address found over £50,000.

Brennan, 43, of Broughton Street, Preston was convicted at Preston Crown Court last week of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and will serve 5 years and 6 months behind bars.
