A woman has been left with serious injuries after a collision in Farnworth. Greater Manchester Police are now appealing for witnesses to come forward.
In a social media appeal, Greater Manchester Police said,
“At 4:30pm yesterday (Tuesday 11 June), we were called to reports of a road traffic collision on Norris Street, Farnworth, between a vehicle and a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, a 43-year-old woman, was taken to hospital for further treatment. Her injuries are believed to be life threatening.
GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) are now appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward. They are also keen to speak to anyone who may have any footage, including dashcam, CCTV, or mobile phone footage from the area in the moments leading up to the collision.
