A driver who had too many warnings for anti social driving has had their Ferrari seized by police.
In a social media post, Preston Police said,
“Have you ever wondered where anti-social driving will get you?
Well, it’ll certainly get your car seized (even if it is a Ferrari!)
Yesterday, at around 12:45pm, our officers stopped the Black Ferrari pictured on Ringway, near Preston City Centre, and issued a Section 59 warning, which is used to warn drivers when they are driving antisocially. If you receive two Section 59 warnings within a year, then your car can be seized.
This was the second S59 warning issued to this car, and it was seized by our officers. The driver also received a ticket for failing to comply with direction given by a traffic sign.
Remember, anti-social driving is always unacceptable, no matter what vehicle you’re driving!
