A man wanted in St.Annes for a number of thefts gets into a rap battle with Blackpool Police.
In a social media appeal, Blackpool Police said,
“Have you seen Ajay Wilkinson from St Annes?
Wilkinson, 20, is wanted in connection with a number of thefts.
He is 5ft 10in tall and of slim build.
Wilkinson has connections to Burnley, Blackburn and Blackpool.
If you see Wilkinson, do not approach him. For immediate sightings please call 999. If you have any information that could help us, please call 101 or email FyldeRTF@lancashire.police.uk
The suspect himself then commented on the wanted appeal with his own little rap which read,
Chill like a villain
Buzzing like a bee
Riding like a soldier
Police can’t catch me 😂
Blackpool Police replied to the suspect and in their response said,
Committ bare crime
You won’t stay free
Man’s just a civvy
Soon be entering your plea 🎤 💥
Blackpool Police went on to say,
“Ajay’s reply to our shade, is too rude for most to view. Ajay think of one better, we’re still coming for you 👀 🌊
In an update posted by blackpool Police a couple of days later, they said,
“Well, this comment didn’t age well.” Maybe it should say,”Buzzin like a bee in HMP”
The suspected who was responsible for a number of thefts from vehicles and attempted thefts from vehicles in the St. Annes area was apprehended in Blackburn, charged, and remanded to appear at court.
