A serious road traffic collision in the early hours of this morning has closed the B6238 in Rossendale. Motorists are being advised to avoid the area.
In a social media post, Rossendale Police said,
Please can we advise you of a road closure on BURNLEY ROAD EAST B6238 nr to Whitewell Bottom. This is due to an RTC an we expect the road to be closed for some time. Please find alternative routes.
