Delays are reported on Garstang Road this morning close to the Broughton crossroads with the junction of Whittingham Lane after a bus gets stuck attempting to turn around.
Motorists travelling in the area could expect disruption, the driver of the bus that can be seen in the image appears to have misjudged the width of the road before attempting to turn the bus around and getting stuck in the process just outside the new housing development site that was once home to the more recent Touch of Spice restaurant.
Posting on social media, one Facebook user advises motorists travelling in the area to be aware of disruption due to what appears to look like an accident involving a bus.
Another Facebook user posted, bus attempts to turn around after going the wrong way at Broughton crossroads and has reversed into a wall.
We have approached Preston Bus Company for confirmation on this claim.
