Police recieved intelligence from members of the public after a strong smell of cannabis coming from a property in Coppull.
Lancashire Police said, “This morning on Bentham Street in Coppull Chorley Neighbourhood Police and Task Force carried out a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act following some reported smells of cannabis in the area.
As a result we have arrested a 29 year old Male and we have recovered 146 mature cannabis plants. The male is currently at Preston Custody awaiting interview.
