A 59-year-old man hasn’t been seen since the 9th April, police are now becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.
Lancashire Police said, “We need your help to find George Barnes who is missing from Burnley.
George, 59, was last seen on 9th April. This was reported to us at the weekend and since then we have carried out a number of enquiries.
We are now asking for your help, and we are concerned for his welfare.
He doesn’t have a fixed address and is known to frequent the Leyland Road area of Burnley and the town centre.
George, who is commonly known as Geordie, is around 5ft, slim build, with short brown/grey hair.
He has a tattoo of a staffie dog on one of his legs and a tattoo of a Manchester United badge on the other.
