Police in Blackpool are appealing for anyone who knows the whereabouts of a man wanted in connection with some serious offences.
Lancashire Police said, “Have you seen Liam Cowley?
Cowley, 30, is wanted in connection with our investigations into rape, stalking, assault, and criminal damage.
He is 5ft 10in tall, of medium build with short ginger hair and a ginger beard. He has a roses tattoo on his neck, and My Baby and swallow tattoos above his left eyebrow.
Cowley has connections to Blackpool and Merseyside.
