Three Teens Charged With Murder Of Prince Walker

Greater Manchester Police have this evening charged three teens with the Murder of Prince Walker in Moss Side last week.

Prince who was just days away from celebrating is 18th birthday was stabbed to death in the street.

Officers where called to Raby Street in the Moss side area of Manchester on Thursday 4th April at around 4:15pm where they found Prince fatally wounded. Three teens were arrested in the early hours of Tuesday morning, 9th April.

GMP said, “Detectives from our Major Incident Team have charged three 16-year-old boys, who cannot be named for legal reasons, with murder.

They have been remanded in custody ahead of an appearance at Manchester Youth Court on Thursday 11 April 2024.

These charges are a result of an investigation into a stabbing that sadly took the life of 17-year-old Prince on Raby Street in Moss Side on Thursday 4 April.

Detective Chief Inspector Neil Higginson and Senior Investigating Officer said; “A week on, our investigation has now come to a position where we have charged three suspects in relation to this incident. Prince’s family continued to be supported by Family Liaison Officers and are being kept up to date with its progress.”
