Kirkham Bypass has been closed this afternoon due to a serious road traffic collision.
Lancashire Police said, “Please can we advise that the KIRKHAM BYPASS, outside KIRKHAM GRAMMAR is currently closed in both directions due to a RTC. We expect the road to be closed for some time. The closure is from the Ribby Roundabout to the junction with Freckleton Street.
Please can you avoid the area as we expect traffic to be heavy”
